Julian Garner: Godmother & Other Legends

THE GODMOTHER & OTHER LEGENDS features true stories of growing up in a secret society in 1950s and 60s England, as remembered and told by Julian Garner.

Julian is an award-winning British playwright based in Finland. His plays have been widely performed in Europe, North America and beyond. He also directs, focussing mainly on the work of new and emerging playwrights.

The Godmother & Other Legends is his first experience as a storyteller. The selection and order of stories will vary between performances.

This storytelling event will be hosted by Tabikauppa, Sirkkalankatu 24, Turku, on four consecutive Tuesdays in October 2024, at 7PM.
